Conference Registration

The conference registration fee covers participation in all sessions and all conference meals, including breakfasts, coffee/snacks and dinners. Guest passes cover conference meals only. The early registration deadline is Sunday December 11, 2016.

Hotel Booking

Lodging will be at The Cliff Lodge located at Snowbird Ski and Summer Resort. Special negotiated rates for the conference are:

Room rates 1 King bed (on availability) 2 Queen beds
Cliff Lodge - Bedrooms $209 $209
Cliff Lodge - Deluxe rooms $314 $314

A resort fee of $25 per room per night will be added to room charges. The resort fee covers:

  1. A locker (with boot warmers!) located on the first level, where you "ski in".
  2. Access to a weight room.
  3. Access to a heated deck, with one heated lap pool and one heated standard pool.
  4. Access to three hot tubs in various locations within the resort.

All rates are exclusive of the current 11.6% Utah state sales tax.
